Ta-da! Now Submit Testimonials 📚
Collect testimonial stories seemlessly from stakeholders outside your organization!
Looking to collect stories from volunteers, interns, clients, customers, partners, or advisors? Ta-da! Now you can!
WHAT'S A TESTIMONIAL?
A testimonial is a tribute to an experience, person, or event.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STORY AND A TESTIMONIAL?
The main difference is simply the submitter of the story who is typially a "Guest Author." Since GoodSeeker is built as an employee-story generator, testimonials capture stories from people outside the company like stakeholders and ambassadors. Plus, they can be submitted by users without GoodSeeker accounts so their purpose is to reach beyond your internal network.
WHY A TESTIMONIAL?
There's lots of reasons. Collecting testimonials can help you gain more customers, impress your board of directors, highlight what it's like to be a volunteer, etc. Recently work with a client who wrote you a rave thank you note email? Reply back with a link for them to submit a testmionial and share it on your socials for all to see.
HOW TO SET UP TESTIMONIALS?
- Sign into your GoodSeeker account.
- Click your profile picture on the top right-hand corner of the screen and select, "Company Settings."
- Select "Usage" and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select "Testimonials."
- Create a testimonial page from there! Edit the prompt, edit the toggles (vibes, skills, etc.), and you're well on your way!
EXAMPLES
After someone submits a testimonial, they'll be brought to this page to insert their information. That way, the company knows who to contact and thank.
Our customer, Pivotal Moments, created a campaign to collect testimonials on mental fitness tips. View their sleek landing page here and their testimonial page here.
