Each week we search for companies that have a commitment to culture and employee success. We search far and wide to find those that are 1) actively spotlighting employees on social media, 2) currently hiring, and 3) have a culture/values page on their website. We’re impressed with how transparent and open YELP is when it comes to showcasing their diverse teams and ensuring inclusion is a focus. From featuring their YELP groups such as ColorCoded, WAY, Outburst to publishing their diversity report, they really walk the talk.
