Weekly List of Top Values-Driven Employers Roundup (5/3/21)Â
Each week we search for companies that have a commitment to culture and employee success. We search far and wide to find those that are 1) actively spotlighting employees on social media, 2) currently hiring, and 3) have a culture/values page on their website. It’s difficult to find companies that check all three of these boxes. Congratulations to these employers who made our Top Values-Driven Employers List (5/3/21).Â

Best Spotlight Series: Blue Moon Digital, Inc.Â
Yea, some companies may post a spotlight here and there but we love seeing a consistent series! Blue Moon Digital’s signature graphic of the spotlight, photo of the employee, title, and number of years on the job looks great! Plus, the capture adds an added element of detail.Â
GoodSeeker Tip: Does your company want to put employees in the spotlight? Start a series like Blue Moon’s! If you want to, you can add employee stories too! Check out this article we wrote about the differences between spotlights and stories.Â
Best Employee Testimonials: Arkadium
Love the term Arkadian! And love seeing these testimonials on the career page. Including employees perspectives here is such a great idea!Â
"At Arkadium, our purpose is to create fun while having fun. We have a people-first culture where employees achieving their professional goals and maximizing their growth is just as important as creating fun for our players."

Best Values Video - AdAction
Love how this video integrates employees, values, AND culture! That’s definitely 3 wammies for the win. Although this video was recorded before the pandemic (everyone’s in the office with no masks), it does a great job showcasing what AdAction is all about!Â
GoodSeeker Tip: Create a campaign (video, collection of stories, photos) that demonstrate your values in action! This shows how you really walk the talk instead of just walking the walk.Â
